"I loved camping on Loren's land! We came from Yellowstone Park on our way to Devil's Tower and Mount Rushmore. It's a great halfway point! The land is beautiful with 6 RV spots, and they have space for tent camping. We came in a campervan. They provided electricity and water hookups. They have a clubhouse with WIFI, a bathroom, a shower, and a kitchen. Being on the road for a few days, this was a great change of pace for us! Very dog friendly, they have two dogs themselves, super sweet pupsthat love to play ball! Very peaceful overall! 5 out of 5 stars from us! Great host!"

"Stopped in for one night while passing through. My brother was also passing through, and the hosts were able to accommodate both of our campers on short notice. The owners/hosts were awesome. The clubhouse was magnificent, with a very clean bathroom, shower, kitchen, and living area that was fully decorated with really cool antiques. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, paper plates, and utensils. We took advantage of the clubhouse and played games on the spacious table until 10 PM. Starlink wifi was a welcome bonus. You will not find another place like this one. It was so so relaxing."

Had electric and water, and they had a honey wagon for the septic. Again, a real pretty place, but the main selling point for us was the owners. They were sweet, funny, and so helpful. Highly recommend this place!"

"I am on a cross-country cycling trip, came here to camp, and I loved it. The tent sites are on sand pads, which makes camping with no sleeping pad much more comfortable than on hard ground. They also had a camp dog and a camp kitty, both of which were amazing. The clubhouse has a bathroom, shower, and full kitchen for your use. I was able to charge all my things inside as well. "

"We stayed in a trailer on site. It was decorated so darling!! It was comfy, welcoming and fully equipped. There was a slight hiccup with a plumbing matter, but the owner was called and the issue was fixed that day without anymore problems. The campground was quiet and we were not disturbed.
Next visit we will bring our dogs and also enjoy the new clubhouse that is being built! There is SO much to do and explore in this area. Basin is a great jumping off point for all of that!!!"

"Highly recommend this campground! We stayed here four nights and toured some of the significant sights in the area including Big Horn Canyon, Shell Falls, and the beautiful Big Horn Mtns. Loren and Linda were fantastic hosts and shared tips on places to see! In addition to their campground, Loren creates a wonderful podcast about great museums and historical areas across the U.S. called “Where Am I To Go”! Check it out! If you have questions about what to see and do in the area, they are a wealth of knowledge, so friendly, and the go-to source for adventure!"
